An authorised analyst checks context, records permitted synthetic evidence, contradictions and missing evidence, and drafts an internal report. This manual synthetic workbench is enabled in the local pilot; real evidence capture is not.
Human review and verified route
A different analyst can approve or reject the internal draft. The pilot can map an approved X synthesis into one sealed manual profile; broader destination profiles and every external platform or Trusted Flagger transmission remain disabled.
